Streaming Error on iPods Only
Hi, Streaming Error when trying to view live view but only on my 2 iPods (ver 6 and 7) started a couple weeks ago. ALL 4 ipads work fine. Re Installed apps , rebooted router. No glory. Also want to note that snapshot works fine and viewing timeline works fine. Only live view and only ipods

Hi, thanks for the workaround with rapid ring. Worked! Wasn’t aware it even existed. Iv’e often thought the ring app was slow to respond. I want to add additional info that I discovered with this issue: Viewing live view on cameras in Alexa still works on the ipod Iphone and android phones not affected This appears to only affect Apple ipods with the Ring app. This issue has only started in the recent past
