Ring App iOS stopped displaying Event History image, intermittently

Our two iPhone always displayed a still image of the video whenever accessing Event History. This morning it seemed to stop and now just displays the listing of events. Then some of the lists display the image. Is there an issue with the Ring App on iPhone? I even tried to re-install the App. BTW, this issue is the same on both iPhones now so it seems a system issue.
