Android 14 update, no notifications on mobile data

there is a Bug no Notifications on Mobile data 4g/5g network, spoke to Samsung support who checked my Samsung A54 5g phone setting which are ok, my wife who has same phone as me but no update and she still gets Notifications on Mobile data 4g/5g network, Samsung spoke to Google who said I needed to talk to Ring who said the problem is Samsung Does anyone have any ideas . I still get Notifacations when on WiFi

Hi @user68426. Which version of the Ring app do you have installed? Additionally, which version of Android are you running on your Samsung? Having more information will be helpful in troubleshooting this.

I have the same issue. Android 14 is horrible and causing so many issues. Your best bet is to downgrade back to Ver 13 or switch to iOS. It doesnt look like there will be a fix anytime soon.
