Do I first put my code in the keypad before pressing the disarm button ? Or press the button first ? I Usually activate and deactivate from phone . I can’t remember with keypad

Hi @user81000. As @user63814 said, enter your 4-digit access code first, then select the Mode you want to put your system into. You can reference this article here for steps on how to arm and disarm your system as well.
