Live view not available for

I bought 2 stick up battery cameras from Amazon on 4/29/24. One of the devices no longer shows the live view. It’s not the battery or the WiFi and I have done the reset. I called both ring who said I needed to contact Amazon after 20 min on the phone and then contacted amazon who said I needed to contact ring. Super frustrated. I thought Ring cameras have 1 year warranty. I called them within the 1 year warranty and have not heard.
