front door ring
My front door ring is going off but it is not from my front door. I feel like it is picking up someone else's ring. Is this possible and how do I get my front door ring to go off.

I received an email from you to 4eset my password but it will not allow to change. I put the new password and then retype it like it asks me to. I had to get out to retrieve number that you sent and now it won't let me change the password. It just says invalid password
