Video Doorbell Pro won’t reset

Our Video Doorbell Pro stopped working a few weeks ago. There’s 24 volts coming to the unit but unresponsive to any factory reset recommendations. Found a Utube video that suggested removing the unit and connecting to a Micro B charger and iPhone block. The unit powers up and reconnects online within a minute. I tried charging it for 8 hours and then trying to reinstall back to the 24 volt source but it’s dead again. Take it off and connect it back on the the USB power and works perfectly again! Any suggestions or is it broken internally?

    Hi @user_a3e3ab. Is this the Battery Doorbell Pro, or the Wired Doorbell Pro? It doesn't sound like the YouTube video you found is an officially recommended troubleshooting step. If your Wired Doorbell Pro is connected to power, you can reset it by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. If the Doorbell is still not responsive after trying that, please reach out to our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to see what other options are available.
