Solar for Ring Stick Up Cam Battery Gen3

Question

Can someone please point me in the right direction as I want to put my Stick Up Gen3 on solar and I cannot find the correct panel for it. Only panel that seems to be available is the one with type c connection and the gen3 doesn’t use type c. Or am I missing something?

Hi @SCOTech. You should be able to use the [USB-C to Barrel Plug Adapter](https://ring.com/products/usb-c-barrel-plug-adapter) to connect a USB-C Solar Panel to your Stick Up Cam with a barrel plug input. The [Solar Panel (USB-C)](https://ring.com/products/solar-panel-usb-c) actually includes this adapter in the package, so you can use it with your Stick Up Cam (3rd Gen). I hope that helps!
