Ring chime wifi range

I just got off the phone with Ring support. I was trying to figure out why my chime is constantly disconnecting from the network. They said it was because the device must be within **10-15 feet** of the router.That doesn't make any sense to me. I've had plenty of Bluetooth devices with a longer range than that. All of my wifi devices (including the Ring doorbell) have a much, much greater range than that.Is there an official range requirement listed somewhere for the chime devices? (This is a chime, not a chime pro device.)
