Ring Chime Chime Pro connected but no sound and app alerts not working
All of a sudden my Ring Chime Pro has stopped working.The notification on my phone has stopped too.When I press the doorbell outside it works there.The Ring Chime is powered up and the blue light is glowing.In the Ring app settings, the signal strength is good and it's connected to the same wi-fi as the doorbell.The device health for the Ring Door bell and the Ring Chime Pro are both healthy.Any tips on getting this to work again?Thanks :)

Hi,doorbell work properly and notify about rings, motions and live view works like a charm. I tried test sound Chime with wi-fi and 4G mobile enternet and result the same. I tried change volume and it doesn't help Attached health status screenshot

HiI have same problemChime connected to wifi and online in applicationBut chime not reacted to alarms and doesn't play sound tests from the application. When I try change sound its show message that it can't apply configurationApplication update doesn't help
