Ring chime 2nd gen alternate blue and green light

Hi All,I have one ring chime 2nd gen which sometimes has a green flashing LED.Normally, the blue LED is lit constantly but ones and a while it turns to a slow flashing green and after a few flashes it turns back to blue...Now, I have tried to figure out what that means but I could not find anything about those LED's.So could someone please help me out and explain what they mean??Also, at least ones a day, I have to unplug my chimes and power them back up otherwise they disconnect from our wireless system.Any idea on that??Thx
