Ring chime 2nd gen alternate blue and green light
chime
Hi All, I have one ring chime 2nd gen which sometimes has a green flashing LED. Normally, the blue LED is lit constantly but ones and a while it turns to a slow flashing green and after a few flashes it turns back to blue... Now, I have tried to figure out what that means but I could not find anything about those LED's. So could someone please help me out and explain what they mean?? Also, at least ones a day, I have to unplug my chimes and power them back up otherwise they disconnect from our wireless system. Any idea on that?? Thx

Hi @Egon. A flashing green LED light could indicate that the Chime is performing a firmware update. But is this is happening on a regular basis, that might not be the case.
