Ring 2nd Gen Chime has stopped working.

Our 2nd gen chime (purchased Aug. 2022) has stopped working. None of the reset procedures work. If we plug it into a socket and turn on the power, the LED flashes red momentarily and then the unit will not respond, irrespective of how many seconds we hold down the reset button. We have tried plugging it into different sockets with the same outcome. There are no issues with our WiFi. Any suggestions about how to fix this issue would be gratefully received.
