Problems removing no drill mount (2nd generation)

One year ago I’ve installed the no drill mount on a door where I’m renting. Soon I’m going to leave the house so I’ve tried to remove the support pulling the arrows tapes as indicated but the tape broke down, so now I don’t have anything to pull and the support is still there. How can I remove the support now?

Hi @user79316. If you have a hair dryer, you can try using that to apply heat to the No Drill Mount. This should help loosen the adhesive, making it easier for you to remove the mount. You could also use something flat, like a butter knife, to gently wedge under the mount while removing.
