Problem Stick up Cam Battery in the APP

Good morning, I have added a 3rd gen stick up camera, and in the app it appears that I have to add a battery.The battery is perfectly charged and from the web I can see the video, but then it does not activate when I activate the alarm and try to access the web and it always says that I have no battery. Thank you very much
