No drill mount

Hi I bought the ring video doorbell it’s the 2024 edition,I need a no drill mount to stick it to my door,I ordered one from Amazon but it doesn’t fit even though it says it’s compatible for my doorbell,can anyone please advise which one to buy please.

Hi @user_02fe54. Is there a specific part of your doorbell that is getting caught up or not fitting? The image you shared appears to be the correct part, so I'm unsure why it wouldn't fit. If you can also share a video or pictures of the issue you're having, I'm sure we can assist you.
