Hi @user65114. If the night light is not turning off on your Chime Pro, try the following steps: - Power cycle your Chime Pro by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. - If it is in a dimly lit area, the Nightlight will stay on. This is because the Nightlight will turn on automatically when it is dark enough. Change the location of the Chime Pro to a brighter area during the day to see if it then turns off. - Factory reset your Chime Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on it while it is plugged in for 20–25 seconds. Reconnect it to your WiFi after the factory reset. You will find the option to reconnect your Chime Pro to your wifi on its Device Health page in the Ring app. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
