feedback for ring chime pro
Hi, Just writing to inform you that I had to replace my Ring Chime Pro with a new one. Following the world-wide it incident last week, my chime pro would not reboot or recover. I tried to 4 days to get it working with all the skills I have. I rebooted, deleted and reinstalled many times with no luck. I finally decided to install a new product. I worked first time and reconnected to my cameras without my intervention. It is all up and running as normal again now. Thought I would advise you in case other customers are having similar issues. Hi @user_2e23a5. Did you reach out to our support team regarding this? If resetting the Chime didn't resolve this, our support team can review the warranty to see what options are available.
