Chime
Chime not working at all. Just won’t connect back to my ring doorbell. Nothing has happened it hasn’t been moved but it won’t ring at all. I’ve tried to press reset button and it doesn’t flash. Any help/advice please. Can I just buy a new one?

Hi @user_f042c6. Is the Ring Chime showing as offline in the Ring app? Try moving the Chime to a different outlet closer to your wifi router, then reset it by holding down the button on the side for about 15 seconds. After that, try setting the Chime back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
