Hi @Wandafish. Do you have the Chime or the Chime Pro? The light pattern you're seeing with a red and green light flashing alternately typically indicates that the incorrect wifi password was entered at the time of setup. I'd suggest verifying the wifi password for your home wifi network before trying the setup again. I hope that helps. :)
