    Hi @Ed700. I suggest unplugging the Chime for about 5 minutes, then plugging it back in. Next, you can follow the steps in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048673232-Troubleshooting-Your-Ring-Chime-Pro-2nd-generation-and-Understanding-Light-Patterns).
