Hi @user38480. Have you tried performing a reset on the Chime? This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048673232-Troubleshooting-Your-Ring-Chime-Pro-2nd-generation-and-Understanding-Light-Patterns) has some important information on Ring Chimes.
