Chime not accepting pin

I recently changed my wifi, the ring doorbell connects no problem, however despite all my attempts when the app informs “Ring Wants to join Wi-Fi Network Ring Setup 4d”. When I select join it asks for the pin (which we wrote down) when I enter it I get invalid PIN code please try again. Now I am a patient person but this is driving me mad
