Chime keeps going off

My chime keeps going off and no one is at the door anyone else having this problem if so how did it you stop this from happening..

Hi @Mariam96. Do you have your Ring Chime set to play an audible alert when motion is detected in addition to when someone rings the Doorbell? If so, your Doorbell may be detecting motion at or near your front door area, even if there is not a visitor at your door. You can check this setting under the Audio Settings tile for your Chime. I hope this helps!
