Charging Stations Indicator Lights

I have the same problem as described here: https://community.ring.com/t/charging-station-indicator-lights/XXXX Someone really clever had the idea to close a topic after 30 days without answers and forbidding any further comment. So I had to create a new topic. The side with the single static light isn’t charging at all. Turning around USB-C isn’t working for me.
