Avoid Ring Chime notifications

Hi. My Chime is setup only to ring when the doorbell is pressed. I have now added security cams to the system, setup with critical notifications when a person is detected. Besides sending critical notifications the Chime is also activated with critical notifications from the camera. Can this be avoided? The Chime is set to do nothing in relation to the cameras and in addition I have turned down the sound — but when it is a critical notifications the Chime goes full blast anyway :(

Hi @user_d2b023. This Help Center article here will assist you in troubleshooting your audio notifications on your Chime. Critical Alerts mostly pertains to the Ring Alarm system, so you may be confusing this with Priority Alerts. Let me know if this information is helpful.
