Availability of Ring Bridge

Hi, I bought two ring transformers that are too far from alarm base. I need a ring bridge to extend range, but its not available. Why is ring bridge not available anymore, when will it be available, in the meantime I have limited functionality. PS customer service already confirmed my solve is the ring bridge, its just not available.

Hi @ajv. Thanks for reaching out about this! We are working on something new for Ring Smart Lights and are no longer selling the Ring Bridge. You may be able to find a Ring Bridge at other retailers, like Lowe’s and The Home Depot. Alternatively, you can also use an Echo (4th Generation), or Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) as a hub for your Ring Smart Lights.
