Ring stop taking a charge and no longer working
troubleshooting

After only 3 months, one of my video doorbells stopped taking a charge. I tried several different charging cables and nothing worked so I bought an exact replacement battery. After opening it up to change the battery, I discovered that there was water inside of it. How can a company sell an item that needs to be outdoors and a little water shorts it out ? Reluctantly, I purchased a replacement. See how long it lasts this time.
