Break ins and basic ring posts

So I tried to post a security comment about a lady in our neighborhood has been breaking into vacant rentals she is not a neighbor she has no residence here she was witnessed by myself and other neighbors breaking into this house multiple times she has a police record that is public on Summit County website.   I gave a description but no personal information just to make people aware that she is back in the neighborhood and checking out houses again Ring wouldn't post it I also after that tried to post a question asking people if their ring doorbells have had glitches in the video because I had a glitch yesterday and i Checked and it had never disconnected from my Wi-Fi and it still has 50% battery Ring neighborhood denied that post as well I have no idea why and it makes no sense why they are denying these posts especially the second one
