Absence of support from Ring
I keep being told my free trial period will run out soon but I cannot set up a subscription. I have tried on my PC (as instructed) I have added my bank details and the 'basic' plan. Then I am just going round and round in circles. At this rate I will forget about it and not bother.

Where is the support when you need it? Surely someone could give me a call in the UK. I will report this to consumer affairs programmes if I don't get a satisfactory reply.
