Please ensure both devices are covered under a [Protect Plan subscription](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan-Subscription). Keep in mind, a basic Protect Plan must be subscribed per device. If your event history is working in the Ring app for one Camera, it should indeed work for the other. Try logging in at Ring.com via web browser to see if your recording history plays there. I hope this helps! :)
