Video Time Stamp is off by 4 hours (UTC - EST)

This appears to have started sometime yesterday, I noticed it in a few videos captured overnight. The timestamp in the history list in the app on my phone is correct, but when you play the video, the displayed timestamp is 4 hours ahead which is the difference between EST and UTC.I logged into my online account on the computer and the time stamps appear to match there so it may just be an android app issue.
