Transferring subscription from a broken door bell to a new camera

Hi guys, I’ve just had to replace my door bell pro with a stick up cam. I still have 10 months to go on my protect plan, how do I make sure the new device replaces the old device in the plan?

    Hi @Woody7. If you've received this replacement from our support team, your Ring Protect Plan should automatically transfer over to your new device, once it is setup. If this doesn't happen automatically, you'll need to contact support. If you've simply purchased another device, you'll need to cancel your old plan a start a new one for the new device.
