There was an error while trying to play the video
When I try to use the following page:https://account.ring.com/account/activity-historyevery single video fails to load or display a thumbnail. The vague and not-very-useful message "There was an error while trying to play the video" appears. On the following page:https://account.ring.com/account/dashboardNo camera live views will load ("There was an issue starting live view") although thumbnails are updating regularly. Everything ran fine with no issues until a few days ago with the following configurations.Windows 10 Pro1. Brave browser version XXXX Chromium: XXXX.XXXXXX (Official Build) (64-bit), the following browser extensions active: Behind the Overlay, Fluff Busting Purity.2. Google Chrome version XXXX.XXXXXX (Official Build) (64-bit), the following browser extensions active: FetchV, Behind the Overlay, Fluff Busting Purity.3. Firefox XXXX (64-bit), the following browser extensions active: FetchV, Fluff Busting Purity, Allow Right-Click, Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express, VideoDownloadHelper.4. Edge Version XXXX.XXXXXX (Official build) (64-bit), no extensionsThe Android phone app is still fully functional for me.

Hi @user_9db39a. Do you have a VPN active on your computer by any chance? This can cause issues with both the Ring app on mobile devices, and Ring.com on desktop computers. I'd also suggest trying a fresh installation of a compatible browser with no extensions and no custom settings enabled.

I am having the exact same issue but I will add that as I was looking at it someone rang my bell and it connected to a live view automatically but I am unable to connect to live view manually. I can also download videos and watch them in a separate player but they will not play in a browser.

For some reason, a bot decided to hide all the browser versions I am using. Maybe I am allowed to say they are all the latest builds?
