System wont allow to cancel Ring Plan: "The resource you were looking for could not be found"
When I get to the final step to cancel a Ring Plan I get the following response in red font: "The resource you were looking for could not be found".Please help.Armando

i get the same message and they already charged me for the second month after i succeed to cancel it ......it's a big drama working with RING !!!!
