Stick up Cam not installing

I have several ring devices all set up no problem. I am having trouble with the stick up cams. The camera blinks red and blue saying its having trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi. I tested the connection, its great. I reset Wi-Fi. I tried from a different phone. I'm at a loss to what to do, if I cant find a solution soon, I will be sending them back. Any suggestions?

@b2ec245ca5e66c9eba80 Are you trying to put the stick up cam in an area where you havent had a ring device before? I would also make sure to use 2.4ghz wifi as it has longer reach especially through walls.
