Silence ring intercom unit

Hi. Is there a way to stop the intercom base unit from ringing? I know how to snooze the notification on devices but the unit still rings when called so it seems a little pointless if you don't want to be disturbed say at night can you also mute the unit somehow during the night so any random rings from anyone just pressing the call button aren't heard.
