Sharing T9 thermostat
I just installed a Ring Security 2nd generation in my home. I also installed a Honeywell T9 thermostat. I have linked the thermostat to my account and have controls in my dashboard. I can control the thermostat from my Ring app perfectly. I set my wife up as a shared user on Ring and Honeywell Home and she has access to the alarm and can see the devices. Her thermostat panel on the Ring app says no thermostat installed and nothing I have done has been able to allow her to see the thermostat. She mentioned seeing something saying the thermostat was grouped somewhere but I cant find that setting anywhere. Please help. Thank you.

Hi there, @JTierce! Adding Shared Users is commonly specific to sharing Ring devices. It looks like we have a [help center article on setting up the Honeywell Thermostat](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058109871-Honeywell-Home-T9-and-T10-Pro-Smart-Thermostat-Set-Up-and-Use), which describes the setup process as linking your accounts to integrate the T9 device. For this reason, the sharing of this device is going to be best done within the honeywell app. Sharing your Alarm/ location with others should result in sharing all eligible devices chosen. In reference to groups, devices that are added to light groups in the Ring app cannot be shared at this time. If you've checked those details and it looks like the Honeywell is not shareable, feel free to add this request on our [Feature Request Board](https://community.ring.com/c/products/feature-request-board/24). This way other neighbors can share their interest in one place, that we can organize and share with our teams here. :)
