Hi @Dcook65. Your wife should receive an email with an invite to sign up for a Ring Account. Make sure she checks her spam and junk folders as well if she doesn't see the Ring email in her primary inbox. You can also view the instructions for adding a Shared User in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Allowing-Access-to-Shared-Users-and-Controlling-Ring-Devices-with-Multiple-Electronic-Devices).
