When the door is locked and you try to open it from the inside the alarm will go off from the door lock and it will show up that it is tampered? It will go off for about 15 seconds then just stop. Why is this happening?

Hi @jbar2424. A tampered error is an indication that the cover is not all the way on the device and the batteries are exposed. I would check the device to ensure that the cover is snapped into place and not moving at all. If this continues to happen, I would suggest reaching out to our support team for further investigation.
