  Hi @debedo! This happens quite often, and the process is quick and seamless. You can manage your subscriptions while signed in on Ring.com, including upgrading. Check out our [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Changing-your-Payment-Method-Updating-or-Canceling-your-Ring-Protect-Plan) which includes steps on how, and more information about payments and refunds.
