Ring doorbell for my rental ?
Hi. I'd like to offer my tenants a ring video doorbell . I'll set it up and pay for both installation and the monthly subscription but obviously want them to choose their own passwords so only they can see it. Then should they choose to move on we change the password over to the new tenants . Does anyone know if this is possible or will i need a totally new account ( but then i dont want them seeing my payment info for obvious reasons ) Im also thinking that may we do all the installation and set up but just deduct it from the their rent if thats easier ? Hi @user_49b85e. There are really only 2 options for this. The first is to let them be the Ring account owner and they would have full access to the Ring account and the Ring device. The other option, is to make them Shared Users, where you are the Ring account owner and you give the limited access on the Ring Device and no Ring account access.
