Ring Chime Pro (2nd gen) High Bandwidth usage

I just noticed in my Unifi network that the Ring Chime was draining bandwidth in real-time with like 700 Mbps download speed and 500 Mbps upload speed for a period. Logged 49 GB of data used by the Chime in past 3 months. Is that normal? Check the screenshot ![IMG_2479|281x499](upload://hBXxFzaGuhHl5cFG6qbmCtdPE20.jpeg)

Hi @Derick. The Chime Pro works as a wifi extender as well for Ring Cameras and Doorbells. If you have your Doorbells and Cameras connected to the Chime Pros network, that would explain the data consumption. You can check your Ring devices [Device Health](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001757766-Understanding-Your-Ring-Device-s-Device-Health-Page) to see what network they are on. If none of your Doorbells and Cameras are connected to the Chime Pro, then the next best step would be to give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) to further investigate. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.

Thank you for your reply. Nothing is connected through the Chime. Anyway, I’ve put all Thirdparty devices including the ring devices into a different restricted VLAN and all good now. Everything is functions properly and nothing drains the bandwidth anymore. Thanks
