Protect plan doesn’t show in my account

The protect plan doesn’t show on my account when I’m logged in. Everything is paid and cameras are working. Why can’t I see what kind of protect plan I have? The bill shows the number of cameras, but nothing else. Please help.

    Hi @user46095. When logged in to Ring.com, you can view your Protect Plan status by clicking on the Protect Plan tab. Be sure that you have the correct Location selected, found on the upper left side of the screen or by clicking the home icon in the top right. You'll also need to ensure that you are logged in as the Owner of the Ring account, and not a Shared User.
