I’ve payment for monthly subscription for 2 devices and it’s charged me £70 Full for the year… There’s no one for me to speak with to sort this. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m so annoyed as I’ve got emails to say I’ve signed up monthly

If you need to cancel a Ring Protect plan, you can do so by following the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360022109431-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-Plan). You'll receive a prorated refund for any unused time on your plan.
