Nord VPN issues with Ring cameras

When my Nord VPN is enabled, I’m still getting Ring alerts but I am unable to view them unless I disconnect the VPN. Why is this? Surely the Ribg system should work regardless of where you are in the world so what’s stopping it when the VPN is on?

Hi there, the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN. If you have an active VPN, you may run into problems trying to use the Ring app.
