Need to override Ring assumed system Time Zone setthings

Need to update the system to my local’s time zone. We live in one state, but are extended time zone coverage is from the neighboring state which causes timestamp issues when required for reporting. I have all my mobile devices set to override the location / time zone (as suggested) but the timestamp on any recording or views is still incorrect. Please advise and thank you in advance.

Hi @OldSecurityGuy. When navigating the Event History, your phone’s timezone setting will be used instead of the Ring device’s location timezone. When you’re navigating the Event History Timeline or playing back a video, the timezone used will be that of the Ring device’s location. At this time, there isn’t a way to manually override this or manually select a timezone. I do understand how inconvenient this can be, especially in a situation like yours. You’re welcome to add your feedback about this to our Feature Request board.
