Missing Weather Seal from Spotlight cam
I need help getting a weather seal for one of the two Spotlight Cam I recently received. Seems that one of them was missing the seal. Thanks Hec2die4

I'm affraid that if this seal is not placed it could damage the Ring during inclement weather days. I will try to call the help desk, but if they can not send me a seal I will need to return the spotlight cam and get another one with the seal. Thanks, Hector

UI have the same problem Just got a cam and no weather seal!!! Please help Thank you Haaa never mind I can switch the other seal due to changing plate direction… hopefully that’s the correct way??? Or do I also need another seal?

I have a similar instance where i bought 2 Stick Up Cams in a pack and the separate Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter (Barrel Plug). Neither had a weather proof seal over where you put the power adaptor/charger if you dont want to take the cam apart (to get the USB charger connection). I didnt worry at first as although i thought i would most likely only use inside, i now need to move them outside to keep an eye on our pool but cant get this part. I rang SUPPORT in Australia and the landline for SUPPORT was disconnected so i used the 1300 number. First person coudl not understand why there was a hole for the Power Adaptor/charger and asked for a photo but sent me no email link to reply to (she did promise she woudl send me an email but.....). Second person i get says i will need to contact the "Head Office" as there was NO SPARE PART for this. He gave me an email that RING responds and says THIS EMAIL IS NO LONGER ACTIVE - can anyone help me??

THi @GBANDJG. Unfortunately, there is not a way for anyone in the Ring Community to send out spare parts. If the agent said they were going to send you an email, but you never got it, try checking your junk or spam folders. If you still do not see it, you'll need to contact our support team. You can ask to speak to a supervisor since you've called about this issue before.
