I lost access to my Gmail, I called Amazon right away, The representative told me in that case he would transfer ALL MY DEVICES from the email I lost access to and TRANSFER my Amazon account and devices to my NEW EMAIL which he did in less than 5 minutes!! He told me to try and log into the OLD using my LOCKED GMAIL ACCOUNT To make sure it had been deleted and that I was able to login and see my devices on my NEW AMAZON EMAIL worked perfectly, I had to wait 30 days for ring to reset the device to a owner which is me but they didn’t remove my old email and it’s still linked in the ring bring the apps together feature in The Ring app

      They have NOT CORRECTED the ISSUE and seem not to want to correct it. That’s why my ONLY OPINION IS TO CONTACT A CONSUMER ATTORNEY OR NEWS MEDIA TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION to get resolution to this matter, They have deactivated the wrong email without my consent and I lost money buying a protect subscription because they took upon themselves to deactivate the wrong email I’m tired of the nonsense at this point
