Is it possible to private message another member?

Hi all. I was exploring the message center of my account but don't see how one can private message another member. Is this not possible?

Thanks Caitlyn. Perhaps you could mention to your team to consider this feature. Many other "boards" as I call them for things like automotive repair/care, travel, etc. etc. have the ability to PM another member. All that shows is the user name and no private information is every shared.

Hi @trail-explorer. Private messaging is available for Ring Staff members only. As the Community is a public neighbor-to-neighbor forum, private messaging isn't available to everyone in order to protect your privacy. :)
