How is this post different than a post of a suspicious person on my property?

I see many posts of suspicious people caught on a Ring camera. In my post I show the video of a person who purposely makes her dog dedicate on my property. I do not say anything about politics or what the content is of the political sign in my yard. In fact, you can not see the content of the sign in the video. Why was my post denied?
